Tillo Halloji Mausoleum is situated in the northern outskirts of Ayvaj settlement. The Mausoleum is square in shape (10.5m x 10.5m) ttype of the buildings with the similar façade and arch type entrances. The mausoleum is built of adobe bricks, size 26 x 26 x 5-6 cm. Dated to: X-XI centuries AD.
