The madrasah is located in the territory of Isfara town in Naugilem mahallah and consists of classroom, a mosque and a 22.5 m. tall minaret. Made of the fired bricks, madrasah was constructed by Abdullokhon II, the governmeor of Dukhara, at the end of XI century. It was renovated in 1999 by local authorities.
